Overview
In 2007 St. Catherine’s decided to revitalize its facilities in order to serve its parishioners through enhanced programs and facilities. This was done in response to a strategic planning process in which the parish set six strategic goals. One of the goals was: “improve parish finances and facilities.”

In Phase 1 (2007-10) we accomplished great things because of the parishioner’s hard work and generosity. We stabilized the church roof support beams, installed a new church roof and HVAC system, made temporary repairs to the parish center, and raised the funds to support this work.

But what about revitalizing St. Catherine’s 50-year-old parish center, so important for adult and youth faith formation for furthering Christ’s Kingdom here on earth.

In Phase 2 (2011-2016) we will accomplish revitalizing the parish center and developing a plan for funding the work. In their November 2010 meetings, the Pastoral and Finance Councils authorized moving forward on preliminary planning on how to proceed on this second phase. In their June and November 2011 meetings, they gave more specific authorizations. Father Joe has approved all of their recommendations.

Below are provided important documents and communications relating to both Phases, with Phase 2 information listed first followed by Phase 1.
